Something extraordinary happened this spring. I took on the role of head coach for Burlington City FC’s men’s over-50 team—under one condition: we’d document everything.

This wasn’t just about tactics or trophies. It was about telling a story worth sharing. Just a season ago, Burlington languished at the bottom of their league. Now? We’ve finished the season unbeaten, topping the table by 4 points. But the real magic is the journey behind the scoreboard.

We filmed it all. Over 80 hours of raw, emotional footage—soon to be a 10–14 episode documentary series that peels back the curtain on a team reborn.
