I’m back with a vlog that is very personal to me.

A lot of women I respect in the entertainment industry have been speaking out about their sexual assault experiences with Harvey Weinstein. It has definitely empowered me to use my voice to speak up and speak out.

Thanks to the support of my family, friends, mentors and colleagues I have found the courage to use my platform to share my sexual assault at work experience with you.

I never thought it could happen to me. It did. It can happen to any woman in the workplace regardless of her age, her dress code, her race, her religion, her level of education, her position in the company, or her socioeconomic background.

Let’s engage in meaningful conversation about how we can shift this very misogynistic culture.

Let’s teach our young boys and men to respect women and not abuse their privilege and power.

Let’s equip our young girls and women with the language, resources and tools to stand up for themselves and speak up against this abuse of power.
