मध्य प्रदेश के ग्वालियर से एक ऐसी तस्वीर सामने आई है, जिसे देख हर किसी का दिल टूट जाएगा. पारिवारिक कलह और कानूनी अलगाव के बीच मार्मिक दृश्य सामने आया है. भितरवार तहसील का यह मामला है. तलाक के बीच मासूम की जुदाई का भावुक पल हर किसी की आंखें नम कर रहा है. दरअसल 8 दिन पहले अपने ससुराल से लापता हुई सोमप्रीत कौर को पुलिस ने पंजाब के एक गुरुद्वारे से ढूंढ निकाला. सोमप्रीत ने ससुराल पक्ष पर प्रताड़ना के गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए तलाक लेने और मायके लौटने की इच्छा जताई. दोनों परिवारों की आपसी सहमति से तलाक तय हुआ और यह निर्णय लिया गया कि दो साल का मासूम उनका बच्चा अब अपनी मां के पास रहेगा.

This case is from the Bhitarwar tehsil. During the divorce proceedings, the painful separation of the innocent child has left everyone teary-eyed.

In fact, Sompreet Kaur, who had gone missing from her in-laws’ home eight days earlier, was traced by the police at a gurdwara in Punjab. Sompreet accused her in-laws of serious harassment and expressed her desire to seek a divorce and return to her parental home. With mutual consent of both families, the divorce was finalized, and it was decided that their two-year-old child would now stay with his mother.
