If you're thinking about moving to China or have moved to China, you may have wondered how to form deep social connections in China? This vlog details my quest of how I created a meditation community in China.
I'm a person who values deeply meaningful relationships, often involving meditation or spirituality. When I moved to China in 2019, I assumed those were aspects of my life I would have to sacrifice while living in this country. That is, until, I decided to attempt to form a compassion meditation group in Ningbo, China. In our meditation meetings, we focus on cultivating feelings of loving kindness and spreading them to each other, throughout China and across the universe.
