Описание: The uncertainty has never been greater about what AI will mean for humanity. We have built technology that we don't even understand how it works. We observe how it gradually becomes better at creating a result that can please our eyes. But what if behind all those sunglasses, AI is looking back at us...

i-1 stands for Imaginary collection 1 and is 100% imaginary. It means it will not be produced or sold. It seeks to capture Atacac's expression solely through a text prompt.

In 2022, we used for the first time AI to design an atacac garment. We used Midjourney, which generated a still image that served as the foundation for our birdsuit. Subsequently, we manually created a pattern in CLO 3D and simulated the garment in motion, visualizing it later in Blender 3D.

This time, we wanted to try visualizing the entire process using AI instead. By using Runway we created 16 unique looks just by using a text prompt.

The garments are primarily designed in wool with three different graphic themes, as well as three different color schemes.

All looks are free to use, produce and sell, even for commercial purposes.

By regularly creating imaginary collections, we can track the development of AI and create a chronicle of how the technology refines itself step by step. How will AI technology impact the way we design clothing? How will design, quality, communication, sustainability, price and work methods be affected? And what will be the role of humans as clothing designers in the future?

Probably, we know the answer earlier than we think.
