In this video, you will check the steps to fix “failed to mount Exchange database” error. Here are the steps:
Step 1 - Copy all EDB and log (.Log E00) files to safe location before taking any action on it.
Step 2 – Check the status of the database
Step 3 – Here the database is in dirty shutdown state
Step 4- Now check the health of the log file: facing (JET_errLogFileCorrupt-501) error
Step 5-Using soft recovery with Eseutil: database is still not mounting
Step 6-Using hard recovery with Eseutil: database is still not mounting
