In todays video I show you HOW TO PUT COOLANT IN YOUR CAR. This may seem very easy but it's something that a lot of people can mess up. I like to call it COOLANT but it is also called ANTIFREEZE. I am using my 2015 KIA OPTIMA as an example. EACH CAR IS DIFFERENT!!! You can never assume that your car takes the same COOLANT as another car. Domestic cars take different COOLANT than Asian cars. I like to use 50/50 premixed COOLANT aka ANTIFREEZE when topping off my COOLANT TANK. I would recommend this over 100% COOLANT because one can never be to sure they are getting the right water to COOLANT ratio. In the video you will see that I teach you not to over fill your tank and to make sure you are pouring the COOLANT in the right area. Sometimes people get the windshield water tank mixed up with the COOLANT AKA ANTIFREEZE TANK. If you do this, it could cause a major problem down the road. Always ask your local auto store or dealer what type of COOLANT AKA ANTIFREEZE you should use.
