Hey everyone, it’s Matt! Today, I’m going to show you how to download a Canva image in high quality.

I’ve got a project open with 59 designs, including some YouTube thumbnails from this very channel. So, let’s dive right in!

To start, we need to get to the download option. First, click on the “Share” button in the upper right corner of the Canva interface.

From there, select “Download.” This will bring up the download settings. Next, you’ll want to adjust the size option.

Make sure to crank it all the way up to the maximum size, which is 3.125. Just a heads up, you can only access this highest quality setting if you’re using Canva Pro.

Now, let’s talk about file types. Canva allows you to download your designs in various formats like JPEG, PNG, PDF, and SVG.

For images, I highly recommend selecting PNG, as it’s the best option for quality. If you want to download all your images at once, make sure to click on “All pages.” This is usually set by default, but you can also choose to download just the current page or manually select specific designs if you prefer.

After making your selections, it’s just one more click to download. Hit the “Download” button, and your files will be saved to your downloads folder.

I’m using a Mac with Google Chrome, so that’s where they’ll go for me. It’s crucial to set the size to 4,000 by 2,250 pixels for the highest quality.

Once you click download, Canva will work its magic and save your images. If you downloaded multiple images, they’ll come in a zip file.

Just open that up, and you’ll find your PNGs or whatever format you chose inside. If you only downloaded one image, it will save directly as a PNG in your downloads folder.
