Some say the Bear 650 cannot go off road - we put it to the test!
Today I take the Royal Enfield Bear 650 off road properly for the first time, to discover whether it can perform as I expect.
We went to a local farm track, which was rutted, steep in places, and very dusty, to put the bike through its paces. Some people say the Royal Enfield Bear 650 cannot go Off Road - Don't believe everything you hear on the internet!
I don't confess to be a proficient off road rider, but this bike proves to be more than capable of light off road use, the sort of thing most adventure riders would probably never even do.
So, if you want the looks of a modern classic, with the ability of an adventure bike, but without the bulk and weight, then maybe this could be the motorbike for you!
