The Parkway Playhouse in Burnsville, NC is staging The Quiltmaker by Virginia playwright Catherine Bush May 2-16, 2015. Friday and Saturday shows start at 7:30pm, Sunday matinees are at 3pm. The play tells the story of Ida May Combs and her family and friends and one pesky sheriff in Mud Creek, Kentucky. Ida May makes quilts, but that's just the beginning of this complicated and funny tale........
