The current budget for the Rotherham Markets and Library redevelopment is
£31,681,237 over the next three years and is funded as follows:-
Council Borrowing £19,372,012
Future High Streets Fund £8,909,225
Gainshare £3,400,000
Total Budget £31,681,237
