for anyone wondering how to do this
Just get the Sturdy Pole (which you will get at some point in Shinada's story), and hold down the grab button, and Shinada will do this charge attack, damaging any enemies he comes into contact.
then, try to corner the opponent into a corner of a

wall (L kind of like here) and just hold O, and voila, you stunlocked your enemy.
