The classic "Fairport Nine" line-up of Dave Swarbrick, Trevor Lucas, Jerry Donahue, Dave Pegg and Dave Mattacks, reformed for Cropredy 1982. This song is from the Nine album, with music by Dave Pegg and otherwise trad arr by Swarbrick and Lucas.
The clip, recorded August 14 '82 is taken from the "Forever Young" VHS of the event, released in 1996. It is the complete version, unlike the earlier "A Peculier Old Weekend" video. This version also appeared on the "AT2" cassette, and later CD.
