Starting January 9, 2026, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has implemented major changes to the SRIVANI Trust Darshan system to eliminate offline queues and enhance digital convenience. The core update is the conversion of 800 daily offline, same-day tickets into an online current booking system

1. New Booking Process (Current Booking)
Offline Counter Closure: The physical SRIVANI ticket counter in Tirumala is closed for daily booking.
Online Mandatory: Tickets must be booked online at the official TTD website (https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in).
Trial Basis: The new system is on a one-month trial, beginning Jan 9, 2026, to evaluate efficiency before permanent implementation.
Daily Quota: 800 tickets will be released daily through the online current booking system.
Booking Time: Tickets are available daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (or until the quota is filled).
First-Come, First-Served: Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
2. Darshan and Reporting Details
Same-Day Darshan: Tickets booked between 9 AM and 2 PM are valid for darshan on the same day.
Reporting Time: Devotees must report at the designated venue in Tirumala by 4:00 PM on the day of booking.
Darshan Time: The VIP break darshan generally takes place in the evening (typically around 4:30 PM, though this may vary).
Duration: The total experience lasts roughly 1–1.5 hours, with 10–15 minutes of direct darshan.
3. Eligibility, Costs, and Rules
Donation Fee: ₹10,000 per devotee (Donation to SRIVANI Trust) + ₹500 (Darshan Ticket) = Total ₹10,500 per person.
Children: Children below 12 years are free, provided valid age proof is presented.
Family Limit: A maximum of 4 members (1+3) can be booked per user/family.
Verification: Aadhaar card and a valid mobile number are mandatory for booking to prevent misuse.
Non-Refundable: Once booked, the donation is non-refundable.
4. Other Booking Modes (Unchanged)
Advance Booking: The existing quota of 500 tickets booked 3 months in advance online continues to operate normally.
Airport Counter: Offline booking for 200 tickets at the Tirupati Airport will continue.
