If you already play RockSmith 2014 on Steam and want to add Custom DLC's to your game install the patch from the Link Below:

After adding the patch place the psarc file in your C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014\dlc\
You can make a folder there called (My CDLC's) create a shortcut of that file to your desktop and just drop the CDLC's .psarc files into it and start the game.
