Subject: Application under the Right to Information Act, 2005 regarding recruitment eligibility conditions prescribed by NABARD.

Sir/Madam,

I, the undersigned Mr. Somnath Galande, resident of Latur, Maharashtra, hereby seek the following information under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Information Requested:

Please provide a certified copy of the circular, rule, regulation, notification, or internal guideline under which minimum 60% marks in graduation has been prescribed as an eligibility condition for NABARD recruitment.

Please provide a certified copy of the approval order / policy document / file noting on the basis of which the age limit of 21 to 30 years has been fixed for NABARD recruitment.

Please provide copies of any comparative study, report, committee recommendation, or note relied upon by NABARD while deciding the above eligibility criteria, especially in comparison with other nationalised banks, cooperative banks, or financial institutions.

Please inform whether any stakeholder consultation, public notice, or expert committee discussion was conducted before finalising the above eligibility conditions.

If yes, kindly provide copies of the related documents/minutes.

If no, kindly state the same clearly.

Please provide details of any impact assessment, review note, or internal evaluation conducted by NABARD regarding the effect of these eligibility conditions on candidates from rural, economically weaker, or backward sections.

Please inform whether the eligibility criteria of 60% marks and age limit of 21–30 years is mandatory for all recruitments conducted by NABARD or whether relaxations/exceptions are permitted.

If yes, please provide details of such relaxations with supporting documents.

I request that the above information be provided to me in English, as per Section 7 of the RTI Act, within the stipulated time period of 30 days.
