Описание: This video explains How the Nexus Paradigm simplifies our understanding of binary black hole mergers using a simple formula. This formula is tested against 12 confirmed LVK events and preliminary O4 data, finding that observed speeds cluster at a mean of 0.526c. This clustering implies a population with low effective spins (a≈0.1), which aligns with astrophysical expectations for stellar-remnant black holes. In the case of GW150914, the observed terminal speed of 0.53c is noted as a natural fit for the NP formula, whereas in GR, reaching such a speed would require "near-extremal" spins that contradict the measured data
