Ingredients
1 chopped onion
salt
red chilli powder
coriander powder
Ajwain
Amchur powder
jeera powder
green chilli
coriander leaves
sev
wheat dough

Sev Salad
1/2 onion chopped
1 chopped tomato
salt
red chilli powder
chopped coriander leaves
sev

Method
In a bowl add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Ajwain, Amchur powder, jeera powder, green chilli, coriander and sev.
Take ball of kneaded dough and roll it into flat roti place the sev filling over it and close it from all sides apply some flour and roll again.
Place the paratha on tawa and roast it then apply ghee and let it cook.
Sev Paratha is ready to be served.
Make yummy sev salad by adding together - onion, tomato, salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and sev.
