Travel with Trey to Marshall University on the 54th anniversary of the worst sports-related airline disaster in U.S. history when on November 14, 1970, 75 members of the Marshall football team, coaching staff, boosters, airline crew, and fans lost their lives returning from a football game against East Carolina University. The plane crashed into a hillside in Wayne County near Kenova, WV. There were no survivors. We visit places of interest relevant to the crash and a few other places that are considered institutions within the city. Then we take a campus tour to see what makes Marshall a special place to study.
