Hey Vendors!
Just a quick heads-up to pair with the video I'm posting: Our setup window is from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, so you can arrive and set up anytime in that range. You can park wherever you like, but I definitely recommend using the designated areas I mentioned in the second half of the video. That way, shoppers and attendees can park closer to the park, ensuring we have the best foot traffic possible.
Also, a couple of reminders: please tape down any extension cords and stake them if they're running across the park for safety. Electricity is first come, first serve. The vendor map has already been posted in the vendor group, and I'll drop it in the comments section again. I suggest you print it out and bring it with you—especially if you're not a big fan of opening the app. Whatever's easiest for you!
I'll be at the park around 8:00 AM myself. I might not be able to personally guide everyone to their spot, but rest assured, we’ll have numbers staked into the ground throughout the park to help you find your location.
