The Pico's 127mb mystery is discussed in detail. I will show you the documentation involved to partially solve the mystery.
If you just want the answer: The 127mb doesn't exist, its used for windows to use the Pico device as a USB flash drive. It's basically a compatibility issue. I believe 127mb is the smallest partition available under Windows with FAT 16. The Pico only has 2mb.
