Only 26 politicians voted against the order to ban Palestine Action and put them on the list of terrorist organisations.
The order will now have to be debated in the House of Lords tomorrow, where they are predicted to pass the ban.
Palestine Action have petitioned the High Court to force an injunction against the government's order, which will be decided on Friday.
