The old style MSR fuel pumps can easily develop cracks where force is applied to tighten the pump on and off of liquid fuel bottles. Here I take a look at the issues with the old style pump and how that is addressed on the newer style pump. If you are still using the older style, make sure you are checking for these cracks.
