I was always obsessed with flips but I was too scared to learn them. Then my father signed me up for Parkour classes at ATG Graz. It took me a long time to learn my first flips but once I bought myself a trampoline and started training every single day my progress took off. I joined a new club called VGT (Verein Grazer Turnerschaft) and was confronted with the sport of Tricking for the first time. I slowly transitioned into doing mostly Tricking and kept training through the lockdown. I also started lifting weights around that time but still focused mainly on Tricking. I´ve had to learn a lot of lessons the hard way and I´ve had my fair share of injuries throughout the years but if I could go back I would do it all over again a million times! It has now become my mission to share my passion and love for this sport as well as the knowledge I´ve accrued over the years with as many people as possible. Trust me... you´re not too old, you´re not too tall and you´re not too weak! Tricking is for everybody and I´d love to see you start ❤️

What is Tricking?
Martial arts tricking is a mix of flips, kicks, spins and other weird movements that can´t really be categorized. You´ve probably seen it in movies as well as on Instagram or TikTok. It stems from various martial arts and includes moves from gymnastics, freerunning, capoeira, breakdancing and even has a wide range of movements original to tricking.
The goal is to create something cool to look at, something that seems to break the laws of physics or just something that feels nice to do.
It´s a relatively new and unknown sport but the tricking community reaches all over the world and is full of amazing and extremely supportive people.

If you want to learn how to trick you can probably find a small tricking community in your area who will be eager to help. I will be publishing a video on how to get started as well as tutorials on certain tricks on this YouTube channel so subscribe if you´re interested in the topic :)
