In this video I will show you how to change the tag lights on a 2017 Infiniti QX80. We took the car to the dealer for a dash light and they quoted us for a litany of services and a few minor issues. One of the issues was that the tag lights were not working. Infiniti wanted $171.08 to change two bulbs that were about $15 dollars at any autoparts store here locally. It truly only took about 15 minutes start to finish to change the bulbs. This same procedure should work for a 2017 Nissan Armada as well.
Tools needed/used:
Gloves- so you don't get oils from your skin on the bulbs
Trim tool- to pop out the plastic pins and connectors in the lift gate
90 degree pick- to pop out the plastic pins and connectors in the lift gate
