📝 Day 10 SSAS | Energy Expander: Abundance Date


1️⃣ Plan and go on your “Abundance Date”: Choose something that elevates your state and helps you feel expansive, joyful, wealthy and alive.


This doesn’t have to be extravagant... what matters most is the intention behind it and the energy it brings. Here are a few ideas to spark inspiration:

• Treat yourself to a special lunch or coffee at your favorite café
• Put on your favorite outfit (yes, even the one you’ve been saving for “someday”) and go somewhere that lights you up
• Go for a walk in nature and soak in the abundance all around you
• Test drive a car you love, or visit a dream location and imagine your future self living it
• Buy yourself flowers or a meaningful gift that feels like a “thank you” to your current and future self
• Create a cozy vibe at home with candles, music, journaling or a luxurious bath

2️⃣ Anchor in the energy of expansion: While you’re on your Abundance Date (or afterward), speak or journal these words:
“YES, please. MORE please. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!... How does it get EVEN better than this?!”

Let the moment land. Let the feeling sink in. Let your nervous system remember that this is available to you, not because you earned it, but because you’re worthy of it now 💋
