A 25sec FaceYogology video to release jaw tension. Great exercise to do daily for everyone but particularly if you suffer with jaw stress.
1. Place your knuckles into the side of your cheeks
2. Gently press & massage the area
3. Close your eyes & stay aware of the sensations
4. Breath slowly in & out
5. Keep teeth apart & lips gently closed
6. Do this for up to 20-30sec & practise this regularly
7. Relax the mouth & jaw after
8. Feel the sensations & notice if there is any discomfort
9. Is one side tenser then the other?
