Описание: May 26 -- Back in 2001, a white Cincinnati police officer shot and killed an unarmed 18-year old named Timothy Thomas, setting off three days of unrest. Thomas was the 15th black man to be killed by Cincinnati police in six years. After a class action lawsuit, federal intervention and years of reform, Cincinnati is now being held up as a model of modern policing. Bloomberg took a ride with the Cincinnati Police Department and talked to the city's reformers to find out what's changed. (Video by: Jenna Savino, Dan Przygoda)
