Hamburger Soup:

1 medium white onion
3 stalks celery
3 large carrots
3 large russet potatoes, peeled
1 lb ground beef
6 cups broth of choice (I used beef)
Salt, pepper, garlic to your liking

How to:
In a large pot brown the ground beef.
Wash and chop all veggies and add to the ground beef.
Add seasoning and sauté for about 5-10 mins. Enough for veggies to cook some.
Add in broth,stir and then cover and simmer until veggies are cooked through.

Crusty Bread:
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp rapid rise yeast
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups very warm water

1 Tbsp flour for dusting

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover with a warm towel and let rise for 2 hours.
After an hour of the bread rising start oven with Dutch oven inside at 450 degrees.
Once the bread is done rising after 2 hours turn out the dough onto a floured surface and tuck and fold the edges into the center. Place tuck side down into the middle of a sheet of parchment paper and place into the Dutch oven with lid on for 20 minutes in the oven. After 20 minutes you can bake another 20 minutes uncovered.
