In a bold and daring operation, 120 Israeli commandos from the elite Shaldag unit infiltrated deep into Syrian territory, destroying an underground Iranian missile manufacturing plant. The facility, located in the Masyaf area, was producing precision-guided missiles for Hezbollah and the Assad regime. Codenamed "Operation Many Ways," the mission was carried out on September 8, 2024, and was completed in under three hours. The IDF reported that approximately 30 Syrian guards and soldiers were killed during the operation.
