This ADAPT Training webinar is intended for design professionals interested in learning fundamental steps for the design of a two-way RC flat slab by use of ADAPT-Builder's 3D-FEM modeling, analysis, and design software.
This webinar is intended for beginner-to-intermediate level users of ADAPT-Builder or PT/RC or those who are new to PT design.
This training will include:
1. Generation of the model through the ADAPT-Revit Link and DWG file import.
2. Adding loads, defining combinations and criteria.
3. Initial thickness check and punching shear check
4. Modeling support lines for design strip generation
5. Meshing, Analysis and design of sections.
6. Graphical results evaluation of service and strength requirements including cracked deflections.
