You can’t go wrong with this simple, foolproof method for BBQ smoked pork ribs.
Start with a 2-hour smoke at 275°F on your Weber, using a quality pork rib rub and spritzing every 20–30 minutes with a mix of water and apple cider vinegar to keep the ribs moist. Add a few plum wood chunks for that sweet, flavourful smoke.
After two hours, wrap the ribs with a generous coating of your favourite barbecue sauce and let them go for another 2 hours.
Once done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for 5–10 minutes while still wrapped.
Flip them meat-side down, slice, and enjoy those juicy, tender ribs!
