Описание: Autism and anxiety-filled mornings are not uncommon. This morning it was a bit more extreme for Nicholas. With this in mind, I decided today was the day we were going to try to incorporate Yoga into Nick's routine. I'm not an expert by any standard, but I know enough to get us started. Aside from some relatively mild protests, Nick did great.
