Today we will see how to make ambadichi bhaji.
In Hindi it is called as "Gongura" and in English it is known as "Roselle"

Ingredients:
full bunch of ambadi/ gongura/roselle(sorted and cleaned)
1 cup/bowl of jowar crushed
5-6 green chillies
7-8 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 and 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
3-4 tbsp oil
salt as per taste
Method:
1)Add water till the subji deeped in it.
2) Cook it in pressure cooker till 2 wistles.
3)Meanwhile grind green chilli,garlc cloves,fennel and cumin seeds.
4)After 2 whistles, drain all the extra water from it.
5) Place this cooked subji in another vessel .
6)Add crushed jowar and grounded chilli garlic in it.
7)Add 1 cup of water, you can use extra water drained from the subji for sour taste.
8) Cook again in pressure cooker till 3 whistles.
9) Once it is cook, blend it nicely.
10) For tadka, heat oil in a kadhai.
11) Add cumin seeds and green chilli(less spicy)
12)Switch off the flame , add turmeric .
13) Pour tadka in subji, add salt as per taste.
14) Let it cook for 2 minutes.
15) Enjoy it with chapati,bhakri.......
