OIL-FREE, NUT FREE & VEGAN!? Trying Tofu Ricotta!

Описание: Tofu into Ricotta!? This was my first time making vegan ricotta! Before going vegan I used to LOVE cheese, and lately I have been craving something "cheezy" to add to my lasagna. I knew I just had to try this recipe from It Doesn't Taste Like Chicken (see original recipe link below!) since all of her recipes are great! Let's see how this one turned out!

🌱 Recipe Notes: After making this recipe, I personally recommend reducing the amount of lemon juice used to 2 Tablespoons, but I encourage you guys to play around with it yourselves until you find a something you like. 😄
