This is the perfect dish if you want to cook something tasty this Easter but don't want to spend hours in the kitchen. Hogget is lamb that's over a year old and is more flavourful than spring lamb. So why not ask your butcher for some and give it a go! Ingredients below the links.

Ingredients:
Hogget 'lamb' chops
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
For the Salsa Verde:
Pinch toasted cumin
1 charred green chilli
2 anchovy fillets
2 small handfuls of mint
1 small handful of parsley
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp capers
100ml olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice
Serve with boiled new potatoes
