I stayed at The lol elephant hostel in a single room in Bangkok, Thailand for $14. Here's what happened... Although there were no windows, which is a big no-no for lots of you. The room also smelt like fish once I entered, maybe because of ventilation, I don't know. However, some time later with the ac working it smelt fine. What else? And yeah, I also had a private bathroom in my room for this money! Other than that, the hostel is really cute, super clean, and the view to the river is amazing.
