*NOTE: Just please adjust your ingredients according to the quantity of the viand (ulam) you are going to cook :D
*NOTE: When you boil, you must turn the heat into HIGH setting first. When it starts to boil, adjust it into the said/specific level of heat. :D
Here are the ingredients for today's ulam:
Rice Water
Hot Water
1/2 Cup of Patis
2 tbsps. of Salt (asin)
2 Medium Tomatoes, sliced.
5 pieces Winged Beans (Sigarilyas), cleaned and sliced.
1 tali of Kangkong Leaves, cleaned and separated.
Green Chilis
1/2 kilo of Guava fruit (Bayabas), cleaned and peeled.
1 kilo of Milkfish (Bangus), cleaned and scaled.
