ODFHS SpaceHive Crowdfunding Project 2023

Описание: 2023 has been an extremely busy year at Ormskirk and District Family History Society (registered charity no. 1004895).

Over the past few months, our focus has been on our Research Library in central Ormskirk, which contains a wealth of documents, historical records, donated material, books and some truly unique collections that have the potential both to help researchers and to bring the history of West Lancashire to life.

Between July and September 2023, Ormskirk and District Family History Society are running a crowdfunding campaign (in partnership with Lancashire County Council and Crowdfunding Lancashire) to cover the costs of producing two brand new local history booklets that will be made freely available in our local area.

This video explains exactly what we’re planning to achieve, and how we’re raising awareness of our project.
