Sistema Preventer TITAN

Описание: El Preventer TITAN se utiliza en situaciones cuando es necesario instalar micropilotes o anclajes en suelos con presión hidrostática alta. El sistema Preventer consiste de una válvula que puede abrirse o cerrarse neumáticamente por una unidad de control. Cuando se encuentra cerrada la válvula previene el contraflujo descontrolado, reduciéndolo al mínimo. El Preventer debe sujetarse a la estructura antes de comenzar con el proceso de instalación del micropilote.

Aplicaciones típicas:
• Refuerzo de elevación.
• Anclajes para muros de pilotes secos perforados, muros pantalla y muros de tablestacas.
• Recalce de estructuras existentes.

The TITAN preventer is used when it is necessary to install micropiles and ground anchors in soil conditions with high hydrostatic pressure. The preventer system consists of a valve that can be opened or closed pneumatically by a control unit. When closed, the valve prevents an uncontrolled backflow, reducing it to a minimum. The preventer is fixed to the structure before starting to install the micropile.

• Anchorages for secant bored cast-in-place pile walls, diaphragm walls and sheet pile walls
• Underpinning of existing structures
