After knee replacement surgery you'll be focusing on your range of motion. Your doctor and physical therapist will measure your range of motion every week for the first few months. Measuring your range of motion is done by finding the angle of flexion and extension.
Although my leg extended flat after surgery (180 degrees) my flexion was limited (only around 70 degrees). After two months of physical therapy (stretching and strengthening I could bend my knee 120 degrees. In this video, I'll share the exercised that helped me the most (they were also quite painful).
