Bag Opener is designed to grind all types of polymer waste (bags, big-bags, films, PET bottles, vials, cans, etc.) with a thickness of not more than 20 mm. It unbales baled bags and big-bags waste with metal slings from landfills.
The absence of SIEVE in a given unit characterizes adaptation of the unit to raw materials of landfill origin and guarantees the safety from breakdowns caused by various foreign debris.
The force between the rotor and stator cutting tools is approximately 12,000 N*m at low rotor speed, which provides a large margin in productivity and guarantees the safety of the unit even when hit by a metal object up to 10 mm thick.
It can be used both as an independent unit and as part of a line to recycle various polymer materials.
