In this video I want to expand on what I mentioned in an earlier episode of 7 Minutes Of Safety - Basic Worker Rights In Canada. I talked about a worker's right to refuse unsafe work, sometimes called dangerous work. In the previous episode I talked about the process mostly from the employer standpoint in how to ensure the worker is aware of the process. In this video I want to ensure the worker, or viewer, is aware of their basic right to refuse dangerous work and how the process typically works across Canada.
