So whatever you want to do in life -to make new friends - to impress someone - to shine in your career or anything - want to be a good youtuber - u need to be good in one skill -that is called communication...If you are good in communication people will listen to you - people will follow you
SO today i will share with you few points which will guide you to become strong in communication 
Point 1 - Be Relatable - Be like the person who is near you. If someone talks in a funny way - with jokes smiles try to be like him.. if someone talks less and is talking seriously - adopt that nature 
Everyone loves people with similar nature.. If people c that u have a similar nature they will accept you fastLet me give you a good example...
Whenever Modi ji goes somewhere to deliver speech - he studies the culture and the language of that place - when he visited bihar he..when gujarat ---In addition to that wherever he goes he try to wear the dress of that place - when he was in punjab ne wore the turban or we say pagri -- the concept is that to when you look like them you connect better. You can pass your information easily.This is a powerful technique to impress someone
2ndly -the most powerful technique to achieve anyones attention and respect - LISTENINGlistening is more important than speaking - when you speak u already have the knowledge but when you are listening there are many things which is new to you and you learn from them..Remember when you listen to someone it should be active listening - dont look here and there - or don't avoid eye contact.. listen carefully - it's a way to give respect to someone..And when you do this you create a strong bond with that person.Suppose you are in love with someone -
uppose you are talking and your english is weak automatically your confidence will be low that will affect your communication skills..SUppose you come across someone who speaks good English - if you want to get close to that person you should also develop your English and when you can speak English confidently many roads open up for you.. opportunities knock on your door..But may people think that speaking and learning english is tough - its not like that - u can follow my hello englishU need to know for swimming u need to..driving you need to ..same way to learn eng u need to immerse yourself in eng - cambly helps (SHOW)
4 - Use body language - how you say is more imp than what you say. What you say is 20% and what you say its 80%your speech is very effective, very powerful - but if u dont say it in an effective way it will not be impactful..on the other hand if your speech is not so powerful but u deliver it with full effectiveness there u make the difference..SO how people will listen to you.. tely are - smile-eye contact -use your hands...dont be nervous - don't play with fingers or per or look down
COnfidence is superior - u can win the world -under confident people is ignored by everyone - he will be scared to talk to anywhere anyone how to gain confidence - what u fear most practise that more- speak in front of others
finally - Praise others - don't pull others down rather praise when u talk negative u become nega - when u praise others u show positive approach and thats how you grow in lifeu can praise someone saying - ur dress is good - shoes -tie - watch
