#Carrot is one of the regular staple in our home. They are rich of potassium, antioxidant, fiber, they improve your eyes and skin health, and go really well in both sweet or savory ways. This video is about how I incorporate carrots as side dish to our daily meal. Today I will show you, 4 simple ways to prepare carrots deliciously without cooking.

Creamy Carrot #Sandwich: 0:53
Any bread you like, you can also toast it beforehand
Chicken breast - boiled and sliced thinly / shredded
Carrots - a half cup, shredded/grated
Cucumber - half, julienned
Onion - half, thinly sliced
Cream cheese - 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper

I call this #Acar Abang-Abang
Carrots - 2 medium
Cucumber - 1 large, seeds removed
Shallots - 4 large
Birds eye chili (optional) - 5-6
Vinegar - ¾ tbsp
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Hot water - 100 ml
Glass jar with tight lid
Rest for minimal an hour and store in fridge for up to one week

Carrots - shredded
Cabbage - shredded
Mayonnaise - ½ cup
Vinegar - ¾ tbsp
Lemon juice - ½ tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - ½ tsp

Lazy-slaw: 9:15
It's important to use good quality hot sauce with a sweet note to it
Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
Hot sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Freshly cracked black pepper - ½ tsp
