How Ads on Twitch Work

After you make affiliate on Twitch, ads can be an annoying and daunting task to have to set up, so I'm trying to make it simple to understand how running ads on Twitch works! First off, you must run ads on Twitch in one way or another. You can choose to run mid roll ads and turn off pre-roll ads, or not run any mid roll ads and have pre-roll ads enabled. I strongly suggest running ads to turn of pre roll ads on Twitch. Pre-roll ads can kill your growth on Twitch as a small streamer, or at least make it harder to grow. Experiment with different ways of handling ads and be open to trying different types of ad experiences for your viewers on Twitch.
