I had to learn this awesome song 'Ballad of Big Nothing' by Elliott Smith for an Elliott Smith tribute night last year. Before I totally forget how to play some of these tunes I thought I'd record a few "playalongs".
First of all this song is in Open C tuning:
Starting with the low E string tuned down to C, G, C, E, G, C.
Although this isn't a lesson as such, when I was learning these songs just watching someone else play it was extremely helpful. Hopefully if this might help some people if you are trying to learn it.
