From me to you, some delicious sweet dishes that you only can get in Fiji Island. Milk power, is one of the most key ingredients used in these sweets. I have tried hard to not make it too sweet yet the flavor should resemble the true Fijian Barfi.

Ingredients:
3 cup Dry Milk
-2 1/2 tbsp. Ghee
-3 tbsp. Whipping Cream
-1/2 tsp Cardamon Powder
Syrup
-1 Cup Granulated Sugar
-1/2 Cup Water
