This dish "Shrimps with Lobster Sauce" was a Real Chinese Food Icon. one of the dish most Americans' favorite to order dishes in Chinese Cantonese Restaurant for many decades. Especially for a lot of Americans on their Family Day out to eat dinner with their whole family on Sunday.... This traditional legendary dish gained a "Good to the last Spoonful" great American slogan decades ago...
I crave for it once in a while. Recipes and ingredients are list below:
Recipes and ingredients list are:
1 Chicken Thighs or 8
Chicken Quarters 4
2 Sweet Potatoes: 6 Medium Size
3 Onions: 3
4 Coconut Cream: 2 Larger Cans ( About 40 Oz. )
5 Sesame Oil; 3 tea spoons.
6 Scallion: 1
7 Chinese Cooking Wine 2 Oz
8 Seasoning, Salt, Sugar, White Pepper powder.
Note: I usually put this Southern Asia Coconut Chicken Over a bowl of Rice or over rice..
