About the Speaker:
Shubhangi is a driven and results-oriented tech leader with 8+ years of experience across Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. Her work spans diverse industries including marketing, public sector, higher and further education, insurance, and financial services. She brings a strong track record of delivering data-driven solutions that drive impact, innovation, and strategic growth.

Previously, she led multiple NLP projects at ICS.AI Ltd, delivering impactful AI solutions to over 20 public sector clients across the UK. Before that, she worked with the Tata Group (TCS) on cutting-edge Digital Store Analytics projects. She brings a powerful blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and clear communication, driving innovation and results at scale.

With a global career spanning Fortune 500s, FTSE 100 firms, agile start-ups, and non-profits, she brings broad experience across the UK, India, and the US. She has worked in diverse sectors and organizational cultures, from multinational giants to mission-driven teams. She hold a Master’s in Business Analytics from the University of Bath, UK, and an computer engineering degree from India—blending analytical rigor with a global perspective.

She is deeply passionate about social impact, technology, and driving meaningful change. As the London Chapter Lead for Women in Data, a philanthropic initiative empowering women in tech and data, she has led impactful programs in the UK region that fosters community and career growth. She has successfully built partnerships with leading organizations including Women in Tech UK, Microsoft, Monzo, Uber, PyData, and AI Signals, collaborating on high-impact events and initiatives that inspire and elevate diverse talent in the industry. She has also spoken in 10 countries and given 50+ talks.
